The Country to Coast Homes Team at Keller Williams, based in Summit, NJ, seeks licensed real estate agents to grow in Morristown and Summit. This is a 100% commission-based role with unlimited earning potential, supported by qualified leads, robust training on the CRM and contract management systems, and dedicated marketing support.

Qualifications

• Licensed NJ real estate agent; no prior experience required, but a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation and networking abilities.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and manage time.

Responsibilities

• Sell homes and generate buyer/seller leads from Team’s pipeline.
• Show properties, conduct open houses and coordinate client communications.
• Utilize the Team CRM and tools to manage follow-ups and contracts.
