Job summary

Century 21 Action Plus Realty is seeking a Real Estate Salesperson in Forked River, NJ. No prior real estate experience is required as our award-winning training program gets you licensed, productive, and profitable quickly.

You will prospect buyers and sellers, show homes, present offers, guide financing and inspections, and manage contracts through closing. The office provides leads, a full marketing suite, CRM tools, and dedicated support to help you build a lasting career.

Qualifications

• No real estate experience required; we train from ground up.
• Be 18 or older and able to obtain a New Jersey Real Estate License with our help.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to complete onboarding training through Century 21 Action Plus Realty.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for buyers and sellers by phone, text, email, and networking.
• Schedule and run showings; present and negotiate purchase offers.
• Guide clients through financing and inspections; manage contracts through closing.
• Participate in weekly team meetings, coaching, and continuing education.
