Job summary

Foraker Realty Co. in Kennett Square, PA is seeking ambitious real estate agents to join our growing, neighbor-focused brokerage. You’ll manage your own business as a 1099 contractor and build a deal flow in a supportive, fee-free environment.

We provide a pooled leads database, an inside sales team, in-house photography and videography, a seasoned transaction coordinator, and our own CRM and AI tools to help you close more transactions.

Qualifications

• Active real estate license in PA, DE or MD.
• At least one closed transaction in the last 12 months.
• You will be in the office and in the market.

Responsibilities

• Close 10+ deals a year? your application books straight onto Brian's calendar, not a recruiter.
• Leverage the pooled database of leads to identify buyers and listings.
• Work with an in-house photographer/videographer for listing media.
• Operate within a 1099 independent contractor framework and manage your own schedule.

Five agents in October 2021. Eighty-five today, on pace for about 700 transactions in 2026 — worked out of our Kennett Square headquarters.

This opening covers Pennsylvania, with the bulk of the market in Chester County and the surrounding area. Here's what working here costs you: nothing monthly. No desk fee, no technology fee, no franchise fee, no marketing assessment. About $75,000 a month goes into agent support instead, and we get paid when you close.

What that pays for:

• A pooled database of 30,000-50,000 company leads every agent can search — who's on our site today, who saved a listing, who owns a property they don't live in
• A full-time inside sales agent who calls and qualifies buyer leads and books the appointment on your calendar. Over 60 appointments a month.
• A salaried in-house photographer and videographer. You pay a flat agent rate on listing photo and video, and that revenue is what funds the seat — so your personal brand content costs you nothing
• A transaction coordinator with 26+ years in the business, $300 a deal, who takes the file off your desk
• Software we wrote ourselves: our own CRM, Foraker Sign for e-signature, an AI-powered transaction management system, Outbound Prospector for farm texting, and AI listing marketing you can demo at the kitchen table
• Licensed in Pennsylvania, Delaware and Maryland. One brokerage, three states.
