Job description

Five agents in October 2021. Eighty-five today, on pace for about 700 transactions in 2026 — worked out of our North Wilmington office on Concord Pike.

This opening covers Delaware, with the bulk of the market in New Castle County. Here's what working here costs you: nothing monthly. No desk fee, no technology fee, no franchise fee, no marketing assessment. About $75,000 a month goes into agent support instead, and we get paid when you close.
