You're closing business. The question is how much of it you're actually keeping.

If you're on a portal team, you already know the math. The referral fee comes off the top. Then the split comes off what's left. Then you find out the client you spent six months with was never really yours to begin with. You take the shift, you answer in ninety seconds, you do the work of three people, and you're still buying your own lockboxes.

We built Byrne Real Estate Group for the agent who is done with that trade.

Here's what our math looks like. A 5% platform fee comes off the gross. That's it. Then you split what's left... 70% on anything you bring in yourself, buyer or seller side. 50% on company-generated buyers. 30% on company-generated listings, and that 30% includes our listing department running the entire listing for you.

No monthly fee. No team cap. No agent development fee. No coaching fee. No desk fee. Nothing gets nibbled off the back end while you aren't looking.

Your people stay your people. In your first 30 days, you designate up to 200 contacts as your sphere. Those are protected, and if you ever leave, they leave with you. We're not in the business of renting you your own relationships.

You get leads, and you get them without the haircut. Up to 20 active company leads at a time. Five-minute speed to lead on anything new, because that's just how the business works. If you haven't moved a lead in 30 days, it goes back in the pond for someone else. Simple, and everybody knows the rules.

The support is real, not a slide in a recruiting deck. Once you get a listing agreement signed, hand it to us. Photos, vendors, MLS, signs, lockboxes, showings, feedback, contract to close... our team handles it. You keep the client relationship; we do the $15-an-hour work. On the buy side, you've got showing assistants, compensated per door or per file, so you're not driving to Kyle at 7 pm to open a door for a $200,000 condo.

We also own our mortgage company, Buyer's Rate Mortgage. It's not a requirement, and there's no forced pairing... but when your buyer needs a rate, our charter is "don't match, beat." That's a closing tool most agents don't have.

What we expect back. Fifty meaningful conversations a week. Two appointments. One signed agreement. We meet 30 minutes every morning at 9 to work your Top Five, review yesterday's leads, and practice. Monday is a longer staff meeting. Google Meet or in person... we don't care where you sit; we care what you produce.

Work that plan, and you should be closing two to three a month by month six. That's not a promise; it's what we've watched happen with agents who show up and do the work.
