StyerREP in Columbus, OH is seeking licensed Ohio real estate agents to join as independent contractors. You will work directly with the Broker/Owner, build a personalized business plan, and focus on lead generation tailored to your strengths.

Training is provided weekly on Follow Up Boss, Dotloop, Flexmls, and ShowingTime; Zillow Pro access and discounted listings help you grow. Commission-based rewards with a cap-based model, with a monthly $99 marketing/E&O fee.

Who you work with

StyerREP is a boutique, independent brokerage on High Street in Clintonville. You work directly with the Broker/Owner, Jon Styer, and you can reach him both inside and outside business hours when a deal needs it.

When you join, you take a DISC assessment, a short profile of how you naturally communicate and work. We use your results, your experience, and the kind of business you want to build to put together your business plan, including the lead generation you'll be good at and want to keep doing. After that, you get accountability check-ins as often as you need them, plus ongoing business development sessions as your business grows.

Pay and fees

1099 independent contractor, commission only

Commission split until you reach your cap, then 100% commission. On average, agents reach 100% after their 7th closing.

We'll walk through our exact split and cap on the first call, side by side with your current plan

$99 monthly marketing and E&O fee, which stops once you reach 100%
