We are a boutique real estate firm based in Newton, MA but we cover all of Eastern Massachusetts so candidates can be anywhere within the 495 belt. We specialize in selling homes in probate and new construction but service all residential real estate needs for our clients. Our boutique model gives our agents more flexibility and our lower overhead means that agents are able to keep a greater percentage of their commissions.

Role Description

We are looking to add more agents to our team as our spring business ramps up. This is a contract role for a Licensed Real Estate Agent. The Licensed Real Estate Agent will be responsible for real estate sales and managing real property transactions on behalf of clients.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Sales skills
• Experience in Real Estate transactions
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field is a plus

We are willing to take on newly licensed agents and can provide sales and transaction education. However, all agents must be willing to learn and search for business on their own as well. This is a contract position where each agent's success is determined by their drive to build their business with our guidance.
