Job description

SiteZeus is hiring a Real Estate Consultant to join our growing Support team! As a Real Estate Consultant at SiteZeus, you will manage relationships and projects for approximately 20-30 key clients, guiding them in leveraging SiteZeus’s cutting-edge predictive analytics platform. Your role involves providing strategic recommendations for optimal real estate and site selection decisions, ensuring client success, satisfaction, and retention. You will train, implement, and advise some of the world’s largest brands to ensure they receive maximum benefit from the platform.

SiteZeus is the leading end-to-end solution to driving revenue growth. Our goal is to empower multi-unit and service-based brands with advanced analytics and on-demand insights, enabling them to efficiently open and operate better-performing sites. Since our establishment in 2013, we have assisted brands with site selection and portfolio optimization through our revolutionary location intelligence platform, SiteZeus Locate. In line with our commitment to constant improvement, we launched SiteZeus Market in 2022, our customer segmentation solution. To solidify ourself as a complete lifecycle software provider, we introduced SiteZeus Sell and Build 2023.

Through our four user-friendly products, we are able to supply every team in an organization with a comprehensive range of tools to drive franchise sales, facilitate market planning, support development, enhance marketing efforts, and streamline operations.

Expected Total Compensation – $70,000 - $85,000 per year
This is a remote position with limited travel requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain relationships with approximately 20 assigned client accounts.
  • Provide expert site selection analysis using SiteZeus's predictive analytics software.
  • Interpret data and generate actionable insights tailored to client-specific business goals.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to review site analytics, address concerns, and propose strategic solutions.
  • Manage renewals and expansion.
  • Conduct business reviews to evaluate client satisfaction and proactively identify opportunities for account growth.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and advancements in site selection analytics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Geography, Analytics, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of experience in real estate site selection, market planning, or related consulting roles at a restaurant or retail brand.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in interpreting and communicating complex data-driven insights.
  • Familiarity with predictive analytics, GIS software, or location intelligence platforms.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced SaaS environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience within franchise, retail, restaurant, or commercial real estate sectors.
  • Familiarity with SiteZeus software or similar predictive analytics platforms.
