Avenica has partnered with a national commercial real estate firm to hire Entry-Level Commercial Real Estate Agents across Greater Los Angeles and Irvine. You don’t need industry experience—just drive, discipline, and a willingness to build.

You’ll develop your own book of business with structured training and national platform support. From day one you’ll prospect, advise clients, and close deals in a 100% commission-based, 1099 role.

Qualifications

• Valid Real Estate license in the state where you will work is required.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to build something of your own.
• Coachable, self-motivated and driven; athletics/leadership backgrounds are a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred in business, finance, real estate, sales, entrepreneurship, economics, marketing, or related field.

Compensation Disclosure

This is a 100% commission-based, 1099 independent contractor position with unlimited earning potential. Compensation is derived solely from commissions earned on successfully completed transactions and may vary based on individual performance, transaction volume, and prevailing market conditions.

In accordance with applicable state and local pay transparency laws, the anticipated annualized commission range for this role is $0.00 to $250,000+. Actual earnings will depend on the number and size of completed transactions and may vary significantly from this range. As an independent contractor, this role is not eligible for company‑paid benefits.
