Step Up Rehab in Lakeland, FL is seeking a licensed Florida PTA to join our SNF team delivering skilled therapy to residents. This full-time role offers modern rehab gyms, a supportive leadership culture, and an opportunity to impact daily function and quality of life for patients.

As a PTA, you will provide targeted therapy within an interdisciplinary team, maintain appropriate caseloads, and participate in ongoing professional development while working in a state-of-the-art facility.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
