Step Up Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled therapy services in SNFs, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life for residents.

Positions are full-time, based in dedicated therapy gyms within Pinecrest Rehabilitation Center and Tamarac Rehabilitation and Health Center in Florida. Prior SNF or post-acute experience is preferred; active Florida PTA license or eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
• Work within dedicated therapy gyms inside skilled nursing facilities and help residents regain function, mobility and independence through skilled, compassionate care.
