Step Up Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our SNF team in Florida. You will provide skilled PTA services to residents and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to restore function and independence.

This full-time role offers modern facilities, supportive leadership, a manageable caseload, and benefits including 401(k), PTO, and health insurance. Florida license required or eligible.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
