Job summary

Relient Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time role in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Morrisville, PA. New grads welcome and comprehensive benefits available.

You will provide therapy under a licensed PT, develop treatment plans, document progress in EMR, and collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and nursing staff to promote patient independence. This permanent placement offers competitive pay ($30-36/hr), medical/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO and opportunities

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current PA license (or eligibility to obtain).
• New grads and experienced PTAs welcome!
• Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress using EMR systems.
• Foster strong communication with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and nursing staff.
• Promote patient independence and mobility.
