Relient Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join a Skilled Nursing Facility in Cheraw, SC. This full-time role offers a supportive rehab team, mentorship, and access to modern equipment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current SC license (or eligibility to obtain).
• New grads and experienced PTAs welcome.
• Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress using EMR systems.
• Foster strong communication with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and nursing staff.
• Promote patient independence and mobility.
