Relient Health is seeking a full-time Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Franklin, WV. This role offers a supportive team, mentorship, and opportunities to help patients regain independence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current WV license (or eligibility to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress using EMR systems.
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and nursing staff.
• Promote patient independence and mobility.
