Step Up Rehab, the in-house therapy provider at Diamond Ridge Health and Rehabilitation Center in Lecanto, FL, is hiring a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to work inside the SNF's therapy gym, providing skilled PTA services to residents and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.

This full-time position requires Florida PTA licensure (or licensure-eligible); SNF or post-acute experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.

Education
