Step Up Rehab, the in-house therapy provider at Diamond Ridge Health and Rehabilitation Center in Lecanto, FL, is hiring a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for a full-time, hourly role inside a Skilled Nursing Facility. You will deliver skilled PTA services and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to help residents regain function and independence.

The position requires graduation from an accredited PTA program and an active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible).

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.

Educación
