Job summary

Step Up Rehab is the in-house therapy provider at Diamond Ridge Health and Rehabilitation Center. This full‑time PTA position is based in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Lecanto, FL, serving residents to improve function and independence within a compassionate care team.

Applicants must be a graduate of an accredited PTA program with an active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible). Prior SNF or post‑acute experience is preferred and Net Health knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
