Job summary

Relient Health is seeking a full-time Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Sterling, CO. This role, in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), offers great pay and full benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k). The position is open to new graduates and experienced PTAs. Key responsibilities include providing therapy services, assisting with treatment plans, and fostering communication with healthcare team members. Support for continuing education and licensure assistance is also provided.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current CO license or eligibility to obtain one.
• New grads and experienced PTAs are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress using EMR systems.
• Foster strong communication with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and nursing staff.
• Promote patient independence and mobility.
