Relient Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time role in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Sterling, CO. You will provide therapy under a licensed PT, develop treatment plans, and document progress using EMR systems.

Qualifications
