Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Physical Therapy Assistant in North Dakota.
• CPR (BLS) required within 30 days of hire.
• Able to communicate orally with all customers.
• Organize time well to meet job expectations.

Responsibilities

• Perform delegated physical therapy interventions and therapeutic exercises.
• Monitor patient performance and report progress or concerns to the supervising therapist.
• Instruct patients and families on safe mobility techniques and home exercises.
• Document treatments and patient responses accurately and timely per Trinity Health standards.
• Prepare and maintain therapy equipment and treatment areas for safety and readiness.
• Collaborate with therapy staff, nursing, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care.
