Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform delegated physical therapy interventions, therapeutic exercises, and mobility activities per plan of care.
• Monitor patient performance and tolerance; report changes to supervising PT.
• Instruct patients and families on safe mobility, home exercise programs, and use of devices.
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatments and patient responses.
• Prepare, clean, and organize therapy equipment and treatment areas for safety and readiness.
• Collaborate with therapy staff and multidisciplinary team for coordinated care.
