Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in North Dakota.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement interventions to improve strength, mobility, balance, endurance and function.
• Monitor patient response and adjust plans for safe progression.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, case management and rehab professionals for discharge planning.
• Educate patients and families on mobility techniques, safety, equipment use and home exercise programs.
• Document evaluations, sessions and progress in the EMR per standards.
