Qualifications

• Available to work a weekend rotation.

Responsibilities

• Follow state-specific laws governing home care PT practice and the established plan of care.
• Instructs and aids patients in active and passive exercise, gait, ADL, and mobility.
• Observe, record, and report patient responses to treatment to the supervising PT and care team.
• Instructs patients, families, and care teams in therapy methods within PTA scope.
