FlexPlus Physical Therapy LLC in Framingham, MA is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time, on-site role. The clinic focuses on patient-centered outpatient care, with a schedule Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, and an ASAP start date.

Qualifications

• Valid PTA license in Massachusetts.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outpatient experience preferred; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Carry out individualized treatment plans developed by supervising PTs.
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, functional activities, and mobility training.
• Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatment.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and proper techniques.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional therapy environment.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to deliver exceptional patient care.
