Job summary

FlexPlus Physical Therapy is seeking a Part-Time Physical Therapy Assistant to join our Framingham clinic. You will work with licensed therapists to implement treatment plans and support patients through rehabilitation journey.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate's degree, MA licensure as a PTA, CPR certification, and strong interpersonal skills. Flexible schedule around 24 hours per week with opportunities for growth and development.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Current MA licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Provide hands-on assistance during therapy sessions, including exercises and manual techniques.
• Monitor and document patient progress and outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and home care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
