Life Care Center of Attleboro, MA is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide direct rehab care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist in accordance with all applicable laws and Life Care standards. The PTA will participate in community health matters, work with patients and families, and coordinate with support departments to meet patient needs.

New grads are welcome; CPR certification is required and ongoing training is provided.

Formación

• One year experience preferred; new grads welcome to apply.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation is required.

Responsabilidades

• Follow physical therapy treatment plans for patients under direction of the supervising PT.
• Chart appropriately and timely.
• Utilize therapy software appropriately and accurately.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients.
• Maintain confidentiality of all patient information.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan for patient needs.

Conocimientos

One year experience preferred

CPR certification

Educación

Graduated from accredited physical therapy program (ASPT)

Active MA PT license
