Life Care Centers of America seeks a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in Washington, DC to provide direct rehab care under a licensed Physical Therapist. Role focuses on gait, mobility, and functional progress for patients in a post-acute setting.

Qualified candidates will have ASPT credential, active/state license, CPR certification, and strong teamwork. The role supports patient-centered care with opportunities for professional growth within the Life Care network.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited program in physical therapy (ASPT).
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing.
• One (1) year experience preferred; new grads welcome to apply.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation; must remain current during employment.

Responsabilidades

• Follow physical therapy treatment plans under supervision of the supervising PT.
• Chart appropriately and timely.
• Utilize therapy software appropriately and accurately.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients.
• Maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information; follow company policies.
