Job summary

Renewal Rehab in Illinois is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time role in a skilled nursing facility/long-term care setting. You will provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, support patient selection, and coordinate evaluations and referrals.

Qualifications

• Licensed PTA in the state of practice.
• AS PTA degree from an APTA-accredited program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist following state guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with PT for evaluation/referral.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Obtain and update all required physician orders.
