Renewal Rehab in Illinois is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time position in skilled nursing facilities and long-term care settings. Compensation ranges from $25.00 to $32.00 per hour, with competitive benefits.

You will work under a licensed PT, help identify patients, document per regulations, and grow professionally through education and internal transfer opportunities within Enhance Therapies.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• Associate degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
