Renewal Rehab in Illinois is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time role in skilled nursing facilities and long-term care settings. You will provide physical therapy treatments under supervision, assist in patient selection, maintain documentation, and collaborate with a dedicated team to achieve quality outcomes and regulatory compliance.

Competenze

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Illinois (must be licensed)
• Associate's degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Mansioni

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist and in line with state guidelines
• Identify appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation/referral
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes
• Maintain documentation meeting regulatory requirements
• Obtain and update all physician orders as required
