Ellie Mental Health -Memphis and the Mid-South is seeking a Psychologist to evaluate clients, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing care within a supportive, values-driven clinic environment.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver compassionate care, complete documentation, and maintain a robust caseload while upholding the company’s commitment to accessibility and stigma reduction.

Qualifications

• Full clinical licensure in Tennessee (Psy.D./Ph.D.).
• Experience completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notes.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to model stable boundaries with clients.
• Ability to submit documentation timely.
• Comfort working with a diverse client base.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create/adjust treatment plans.
• Provide excellent client service and collaborate with clinical team.
• Use creativity in interventions to meet client goals.
• Prepare and submit session documentation per guidelines.
• Maintain a minimum caseload of 25 visits per week for full-time.
