Job summary

Ellie Mental Health - 073 is seeking a licensed Psychologist in Tennessee to evaluate diagnoses, develop and monitor treatment plans, and provide comprehensive care for clients. You will document sessions and collaborate across a multidisciplinary team to advance access to care in the community.

The role emphasizes creativity in interventions, robust note-taking, and coordination with families, schools, and other providers. A caseload target of 25 visits per week applies for full-time clinicians.

Qualifications

• Must hold full clinical licensure in Tennessee.
• Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to model stable boundaries with clients.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement treatment plans and document per policy.
• Provide excellent client service and collaborate with the team to close care gaps.
• Use creative interventions to help clients achieve goals.
• Prepare and submit session documentation per guidelines.
• Full-time clinicians maintain a caseload of at least 25 visits per week.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, professionals and school staff.
• Participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.
