Ellie Mental Health-South Dayton, OH is seeking a Supervising Psychologist to lead clinical and operational performance across the clinic. You will supervise licensed and trainee staff, hire clinicians, guide training, and ensure adherence to insurance requirements while meeting fiscal goals.

You will also develop referral partnerships, uphold Ellie’s values, and maintain responsibilities with a modest direct client caseload. Hybrid work with in-office requirements applies.

Qualificações

• Licensed Psychologist in Ohio with current license
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and executive skill sets
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong working knowledge of state requirements regulating mental health practice
• Understanding of human resources principles, practices, and procedures
• Excellent time management and deadline-driven
• Ability to function well in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and Office apps
• Adept at learning and navigating EHR systems

Responsabilidades

• Oversee hiring process for all therapists at the clinic
• Provide training for new hires on clinical and operational policies
• Assess ongoing development and conduct training as needed
• Manage staff performance and implement coaching and improvement plans
• Provide administrative oversight to support clinic functioning
• Collaborate with franchise owner and corporate staff on fiscal and clinical strategies
• Lead clinical staff meetings and ensure timely responses to concerns
• Drive clinic outreach and collaboration with referral partners
• Implement policies and procedures in partnership with leadership
• Maintain a caseload of 10–15 direct hours per week
• Diagnose and maintain individualized treatment plans and clinical documentation
• Ensure high-quality patient care in compliance with regulatory standards
