Spectrum Medical Partners in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a licensed LMHC or Psychologist to provide behavioral health services across multiple post-acute facilities. The role includes conducting daily rounds, assessing patients, collaborating with facility staff, and delivering diagnoses, consultations, and follow-up care.

Applicants must hold an active Florida license or be a Registered Intern in Florida; schedule is Monday–Friday with flexible hours, and employment is W2.

Formación

• Active Florida license in good standing.
• Must be an LMHC/LSW in Florida.
• Current National Board Certification.

Responsabilidades

• Examine patients and document medical history.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Submit healthcare plans and patient goals for periodic physician review.
• Educate patients on disease prevention, hygiene, and diet.
• Refer patients to specialists as needed.
• Report deaths and contagious diseases in accordance with government regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
