Job summary

Spectrum Medical Partners seeks a licensed LMHC or Psychologist to provide behavioral health services across multiple post-acute care facilities in West Palm Beach. Responsibilities include rounds, assessment, treatment, consultation with staff, and education with follow-up care. Active Florida license or Registered Intern status is required.

Schedule: Monday–Friday; Employment Type: W2; Hours: Flexible. Collaboration with the Psych division team is essential to deliver quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Active Florida license or Registered Intern in Florida.
• Must be LMHC or LSW in Florida and National Board Certified.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Examine patients and document medical history.
• Adhere to charting protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to build treatment plans.
• Submit healthcare plans and patient goals for physician review.
• Educate patients on disease prevention, hygiene, and diet.
• Refer patients to specialists as needed.
• Report deaths and contagious diseases per regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
