Job summary

You will conduct daily rounds, assess and treat patients, collaborate with facility staff, and deliver diagnoses, consultations, education, and follow-up care. Applicants must hold an active Florida license or be a Registered Intern in Florida; schedule is Monday–Friday with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Active Florida license or registration as a Florida intern.
• Current National Board Certification.
• Experience in post-acute care settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Examine patients and document medical history.
• Collaborate with Physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans.
• Submit plans and patient goals for physician review.
• Educate patients on disease prevention, hygiene, and diet.
• Refer patients to specialists as needed.
• Report deaths and contagious diseases as required by regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
