Job summary

Spectrum Medical Partners in Lakeland/Bartow, FL is seeking a licensed LMHC or Psychologist to provide behavioral health services across multiple post-acute care facilities. Qualifications

• Active and in-good-standing Florida license.
• Must be an LMHC/LSW in Florida.
• Current National Board Certification.

Responsibilities

• Examine patients and document medical history.
• Collaborate with Physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Submit healthcare plans and patient goals for periodic physician review.
• Educate patients on disease prevention, hygiene, and diet.
• Refer patients to specialists as needed.
• Report deaths and contagious diseases in accordance with government regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
