Job summary

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a licensedLMHC or Psychologistto provide behavioral health services across multiple post-acute care facilities. This role involves working closely with the Psych division team within the facilities.

• Examine patients and document medical history
• Collaborate with Physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans
• Submit healthcare plans and patient goals for periodic physician review
• Educate patients on disease prevention, hygiene, and diet
• Refer patients to specialists as needed
• Report deaths and contagious diseases in accordance with government regulations
• Perform additional duties as assigned

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Active and in-good-standingState of Florida license
