Advantage Management in the Chicagoland area is hiring a licensed Property Manager to oversee condominium, homeowner, and townhome associations. You will manage day-to-day operations, coordinate with Boards and residents, monitor budgets, and supervise vendor performance.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, time management, and a proven ability to grow client accounts while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Illinois Community Association Manager License is required.
• Experience managing a portfolio of condominium, homeowner, or townhome associations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer proficiency, including MS Office and property management software.
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of associations, including Boards of Directors and residents.
• Build and maintain relationships with Board members and homeowners through clear, proactive communication.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets, analyze financial statements, and oversee assessment collections.
• Conduct regular property inspections and oversee maintenance, bids, and capital projects.
• Ensure compliance with governing documents and relevant Illinois laws and regulations.
• Attend Board meetings, provide professional guidance, and document outcomes.
