Howard Hanna Property Management is seeking a Property Manager to oversee leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations under the Director of Property Management. The role includes procuring new business, marketing units, conducting routine inspections, and maintaining thorough records.

The successful candidate will manage lease enforcement, coordinate maintenances, and ensure compliance with landlord-tenant laws while delivering high-quality service to owners and tenants.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Real Estate License in the state.
• Must have valid Drivers’ License and a vehicle for daily use.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
• Knowledge of basic accounting.
• Ability to manage time effectively.
• Ability to interact with co-workers, clients, vendors, and contractors in a professional and tactful manner.
• Must be physically and mentally able to perform duties.
• Must possess a mechanical aptitude and be able to understand basic electrical repairs, HVAC repairs, carpentry, and plumbing repairs.

Responsibilities

• Lease and maintain rental properties under the direction of the Director of Property Management.
• Procuring new business and marketing available units.
• Maintain healthy tenant relations and conduct routine property inspections.
• Keep accurate records of leasing, maintenance, and compliance.
• Move-in, routine, and move-out inspections to ensure property standards.
• Coordinate repairs with contractors and monitor job progress.
