Ideal candidates hold a Master's in a relevant field and have leadership experience in treatment settings, with a focus on quality of care and staff development.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates leadership ability and clinical knowledge.
• Two years of experience in treatment or hospital settings.
• Ability to supervise staff and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Audit EMR and clinical documentation and liaise with the Director of Clinical Services and the Director of Clinical Compliance.
• Communicate with upper management, program participants, and families.
• Ensure documentation standards, timelines, and expectations are met.
• Assist with DMHC appeals and on-site utilization reviews.
• Oversee program schedule development and budget adherence.
