ROWI Teen & Parent Wellness Centers and ROWI Kids seek a Program Director to lead clinical teams, ensure documentation compliance, and manage program operations. The role emphasizes collaboration with senior leadership and direct supervision of therapists to ensure treatment plans are implemented effectively.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s degree in MFT, Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work and a license (MFT/psychologist/social worker).

Competenze

• Master’s degree from an accredited graduate program in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology or Social Work.
• Program Director will be licensed as an MFT, clinical psychologist or social worker.

Mansioni

• Audits EMR and all clinical documentation and communicates with the Director of Clinical Services and Director of Clinical Compliance.
• Effectively communicates with upper management, program participants, and families.
• Adheres to documentation standards, timelines, and expectations.
• Assists with DMHC appeals and on-site utilization reviews and census development.
• Delivery and maintenance of the program schedule in ROWI standards.
• Oversees treatment team meetings, staff meetings, and peer reviews.
• Monitors staff morale and develops team spirit and continuity.
• Participates in staff interviews and crisis management as needed.
• Completes performance reviews and serves as a role model for staff and clients.
