Job summary

ROWI Roseville seeks a Program Director to lead clinical operations for ROWI Teen & Parent Wellness Centers. You will supervise therapists, ensure adherence to standards, and collaborate with Directors on compliance and program development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology or Social Work.
• Two years of experience in treatment or hospital setting.
• Must demonstrate leadership ability and knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Audit EMR and clinical documentation with Directors.
• Communicate effectively with upper management, participants, and families.
• Adhere to documentation standards, timelines, and expectations.
• Assist with DMHC appeals for Clinical Compliance.
• Conduct on-site utilization reviews and monitor census development.
• Deliver and maintain program schedule in ROWI standards.
• Oversee interdisciplinary treatment team meetings and weekly staff meetings.
• Supervise therapists to ensure treatment plans are implemented and updated.
• Monitor staff morale and build team spirit and continuity.
• Participate in interviews to determine staff qualifications.
