Job summary

ROWI Teen & Parent Wellness Centers is seeking a Program Director to lead clinical operations, supervise therapists, and ensure quality care. You will audit documentation, coordinate with senior management, and guide program development while maintaining confidentiality and adherence to ROWI standards.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a relevant field, licensure as an MFT/psychologist/Social Worker, and at least two years of treatment experience with strong leadership and communication

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited graduate school in MFT, Counseling, Psychology or Social Work.
• Licensed as an MFT, clinical psychologist or social worker.
• Two years of experience in treatment or hospital settings.
• Evidence of leadership ability and knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Audits EMR and clinical documentation; communicates with Directors.
• Interacts with upper management, participants, and families.
• Ensures documentation standards and timelines are met.
• Oversees on-site utilization reviews and census development.
• Leads and participates in staff and treatment team meetings.
• Supervises therapists; monitors treatment plan implementation.
• Participates in interview processes for new staff.
• Manages crisis or emergency situations as needed; after-hours availability.
• Conducts performance reviews and models professional conduct.
• Maintains confidentiality and adheres to budgets.
