ROWI Teen & Parent Wellness Centers is hiring a Program Director to lead clinical operations in our Folsom, CA site. You will supervise therapists, oversee treatment plans, and ensure compliance with clinical documentation and program budgets.

You will collaborate with the Director of Clinical Services and Director of Clinical Compliance, conduct peer reviews, and participate in staff interviews while ensuring high-quality care and staff morale.

Qualifikationen

• Must have leadership ability and knowledge.
• Two years of experience in treatment or hospital setting.
• Must be licensed or eligible for licensure as MFT, psychologist or social worker.

Aufgaben

• Audit EMR and clinical documentation; communicate with Directors.
• Communicate with management, participants and families.
• Adhere to documentation standards and timelines.
• Assist with DMHC appeals.
• Conduct on-site utilization reviews and monitor census development.
• Maintain program schedule in ROWI standards; support Peer Reviews.
