LifeStance Health Inc. is seeking licensed counselors (LPC) in Texas for a hybrid outpatient role, delivering evidence-based behavioral healthcare to adults and/or children/adolescents.

The position offers above-market compensation with a strong productivity-based model, full benefits, a sign-on bonus, and an annual cash bonus. Flexible work-life balance and modern offices are provided.

Licensed Counselors are a critical part of our clinical team. We’re seeking LPCs that are:

• Fully licensed as an LPC in Texas. We are unable to accommodate dependently licensed Clinicians at this time.
• Experienced in working with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations.
• This is a hybrid role.
