LifeStance Health is actively looking to hire a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in our Kingwood office, offering 100% outpatient care in a group practice setting, a hybrid work model, and a compensation range of $75,000–$100,000+ based on productivity.

Fully licensed in Texas, experienced with adult and/or child/adolescent populations, you’ll join a nationwide behavioral health provider with strong clinical support, comprehensive benefits, and a commitment to work-life balance.

Licensed Counselors are a critical part of our clinical team. We’re seeking LPCs that are:

• Fully licensed as an LPC in Texas. We are unable to accommodate dependently licensed Clinicians at this time.
• Experienced in working with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations.
• This is a hybrid role.
