LifeStance Health in Irving, TX is seeking a licensed therapist (LCSW/LPC/LMFT) for our 100% outpatient clinical team. The role offers a hybrid schedule with two days in the office and the rest remote, supporting a balanced, high-quality behavioral health practice.

We provide generous compensation ranging from $75,000 to $100,000+ with productivity-based pay, full benefits, a sign-on bonus, and an annual cash bonus plan.

Licensed Therapists are a critical part of our clinical team. We’re seeking LCSWs that are:

• Fully licensed as an LCSW, LPC or LMFT in the State of Texas. We are not able to accommodate dependently licensed clinicians at this time.
• Hybrid 2 days in office. The rest of the days will be remote from home.
• Needs to be able to see children and up.
