Key Responsibilities
Clinical Care
- Provide evidence-based therapy services to individuals, couples, and families.
- Conduct intake assessments, develop treatment plans, maintain timely documentation, and ensure continuity of care.
- Practice within the ethical and professional scope of your licensure and the standards of our counseling practice.
- Maintain client confidentiality and uphold professional boundaries.
- Consult with the clinical team as needed and engage in case collaboration.
Integration of Values
- Uphold and model workplace values of working within scope, living in the present, and loving with authenticity and compassion.
- Integrate Christian principles when clinically appropriate and desired by the client.
- Demonstrate a posture of humility, care, and respect consistent with Christian values and the mission of our practice.
Team Collaboration
- Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing trainings.
- Foster a supportive, collaborative environment with colleagues.
- Demonstrate dependability, open communication, and a willingness to support shared goals.
Community Engagement
- Participate in at least one to two community service or outreach events per year as part of our commitment to serving local churches, schools, and families.
- Represent the practice with professionalism and compassion during community partnerships.
Qualifications
- Active licensure in Oklahoma as LPC, LCSW, LMFT (or candidacy status nearing completion).
- Minimum of one year of clinical counseling experience preferred.
- Competence in working with diverse populations and presenting concerns.
- Ability to integrate faith-based approaches when requested by clients.
- Strong interpersonal skills, emotional maturity, and professional ethics.
- Commitment to teamwork, reliability, and clear communication.
Work Schedule & Compensation
- Part-time position: 10-15 hours per week
